There were so many things I loved about this Chicago in home newborn session…

The family wanted to incorporate their doodle fur-baby, Stanley, in the newborn photo session. One of my favorite newborn photos to take is the baby with sibling(s) - whether it’s a human sibling or fur-sibling. :) Stanley was so protective of his new baby sister, that he supervised the entire newborn session and was concerned what we were going to do next. It was adorable.

The newborn baby girl, Stella gave so many different ‘looks’ - awake, content, sleepy, and smily newborn expressions (as shown below). Stella loved being held by her mom and dad chest-to-chest.

Her mother, Sam, decorated the nursery beautifully too so taking photos in and around her nursery was a must…

It was so great meeting this family of 4. Sam and Mark, thank you for having me in your home for Stella’s newborn session. :)
